Quality Policy
At Little Darlings, we guarantee that every item we sell is in impeccable condition. To ensure this, our team carefully inspects each piece, following a strict quality charter so you can shop with confidence.
We Take
We accept items that meet our quality standards and fit our preferred categories:

Branded clothing from our approved list, or new contemporary brands with higher quality and price points.

Clean, modern clothing less than 2 years old (unless it’s vintage — we absolutely love vintage!)

New underwear with tags.

Children’s shoes up to size 4 Youth, in excellent or gently worn condition.

Baby bed linens: swaddles, sleeping bags, new bath capes, blankets.
- Ski clothing.
Our Condition Standards
- New with tag
- Excellent - Items are like new, without tags.
- Very Good -Items show minor sign(s) of wear.
- Good -Items show moderate sign(s) of wear.
- As is -Items with visible signs of wear — such as worn corners, fading/discoloration, or small stains.
We refuse

Damaged or altered items: sewn, re-sewn, hand-knitted, heavily worn, pilled, stained, torn, felted, or faded pieces, as well as items missing size or brand labels

Household and childcare items: sheets, comforters, soft toys, toys, changing bags, baby carriers/slings, strollers, carrycots, bassinets, footmuffs, bouncers, high chairs, travel cots, baths, etc.

Outdated collections: clothing more than 2 years old (unless it’s vintage)

Clothes that haven't been accepted by our quality control team can be returned back to you or left with us for donation.
